What do you guys think about Everton FC wanting to buy Guillermo Ochoa ?

Bad move for Ochoa if he were to go to Everton: Tim Howard is a fine, fine GK, remember not so long ago he won GK of the Year in the EPL with Man United. Howard will not retire for a long time, Ochoa will be relegated to backup, and a good GK like Ochoa needs all the playing time he can get...I wonder does Ochoa speak English? I would think he would need to in order to be GK on an EPL team. GK's need to be vocal and have good communication skills. Maybe he could play in La Liga if he doesn't speak English???
