Macro Monarch deck users/fans only. Has there been/will there be any more support for it?

From Crimson Crisis and on, has there been anything that really changed for the deck type? The last landmark thing was Necroface being reprinted in Crimson Crisis for the low price of $2. Gold Series 2 gave us Gold Sarcophagus, but who could really afford two of those? Also, I don't really see any more Macro support coming up any time soon (or ever?), but I refuse to denounce this deck type! Can I get some more support here?
