Super-delegates selling their votes?

Ybarra has offered to "give" his super-delegate vote to whomever donates $3 million dollars to his effort to bus in "minority" voters (thinly disguised term for illegal immigrants) into California. Is this not a perfect example of the "integrity" of the Democrat party's voter disenfranchisement double-speak?
