Several ?s regarding Chaplain istants?

You are a Chaplain's istant not an istant Chaplain. You are not there to conduct religeous services or counsel people. Depending on how involved you want to be, some people may come to you, but the job of 56M can be and is done by people who are agnostic, etc. You have to be able to run errands, handle administrative tasks, and be prepared to act as a body guard/security element for the Chaplain.
