Do I have to file taxes for every job I worked last year?

I worked at a store for 3 weeks then quit suddenly, they have a wrong address for me so they won't be sending my W2 form to me and I don't want to go pick it up- do I have to file for them? I only made like $600 dollars so my taxes weren't a lot.. will I get penalized? Thanks for the help
