What pain reliever should I use for severe scoliosis?

I have had Polio since 2 years old. When I turned 13 I developed scoliosis. Now at 60 years My scoliosis is severe. Help me! My spine hurts in the middle of the spine on left side of my back. That's where the spine developed the curve. I also have kidney stones that makes it hurt even more. Please help me!
