Muffled hearing and static sound in left ear? HOLY CATS WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY EAR?!?

Alright I've been swimming a lot lately....or more like daily because of swimming lessons. I get a lot of water in my ears everyday and I think this might just be the cause, but the thing is-NO WATER COMES OUT OF MY EARS. My hearing is just kind of muffled on the left side and there's this UNBEARABLE static sound. Imagine being in front of a "snowy" TV! You know how it sounds like static and it's really loud and annoying? Yeah that's kind of what it is for me, but slightly softer except it's in my head so it's worse and my hearing is muffled as well! PLEASE! PLEASE HELP ME! I AM BEGGING YOU PEOPLE! THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS AND I CAN'T PRACTICE MY INSTRUMENT VERY WELL!!!!!!!! HOLY CATS I NEED HELP!
