Is this comman for teenagers?

My grand mother told me than when my mother and her sister were teenagers, she and her sister never rebelled and never misbehaved? How can this be? Do you know of any teenage girls than never rebel and never misbehave and always do what her parents tell her to do? Are there teenage girls that spend most of there free time with there parents and want to be treated more like a little child (at least for the little things)?
