I am trying to find out is this a sign of cancer when my boyfriend and i have my is kinda sore .?

after-wards and it make a sounds while we are having i went to the doctor and they didn't find anything am i over reacting or is there a problem with my because it didn't always make that sound it's not like a fart sound is more like a squishy sound like water
