Dog will not eat. Shot in the intestine and liver with a bb gun. Need help please.?

My dog has been acting strange since friday jan 15 2010. He is a lab and mastiff mix. He will not eat so on monday we took him to the vet to find that there are 3 bbs in him. One in right next to his liver and one that went though his intestine. We cannot get him to eat at all. I tried to give him peanut er and turkey. He will not eat or drink. He is mainly an inside dog and we tie him out to go to the bathroom and play a little bit. I just dont know what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated
