Who to start, Rodgers or Vick?

Who should I start for Fantasy this week, Rodgers at Minnesota, or Vick against the Giants? The Giants have one of the best p defenses statistically in the NFL. I am leaning towards Vick since he is hot, and because I have kind of crappy running backs, but I am sure I will get better ping numbers from Rodgers if I go with him. Minnesota can't hold anyone under 21 pts.
