When you kiss don't you usually feel that spark feeling all the time or no? Help?

Ok I'm freaking myself out, because Tuesday I got to see my bf after two weeks because of his accident and camping with his dad. When I kissed him all i felt was lips, and usually i feel something! Maybe i was thinking to much, or either that because i was at his grandparents house from his mom side watching is godchild. But I felt tingle when he kissed me when he brought me home though. Help is it normal or something? We been together for a year and 2 months. I really love him and were becoming closer then ever. I'm just scared if this happens again. ;(
