MY CD CHANGER IS STUCK IN MY BMW ! HELP!?

I have a 325 BMW convertible 55 plate. My 6 CD changer is stuck in the system in my boot and is not working. Can someone give me some advice on how to remove this please. I understand from others with the same system that at times it does not play and says NO DISK when there are 6 in there!! but as I said the bloody thing is stuck in the system. Please can anyone offer advice/istance as I really miss my music :)) Look forward to hearing from you all :)) regards Violet
